Furnishing Inventory

For furnished properties, a detailed inventory will be accurately completed, of all the items within the property, at the beginning and end of each Tenant occupation. Images will be stored of items within the inventory.

Any warranties or instructions will be retained by Good Luck and copies provided to the Tenant.

We will conduct a thorough check out service for each Tenant to assess any damages beyond fair wear and tear and prepare a dilapidations report for deductions from Tenant’s security deposit.

For any repairs or replacements as approved by Landlord, we will assist in arranging and provide access to delivery to the property.
